Pos: Set default Pos receipt

Question :

May I know how to set a default POS receipt format? I do not allow the cashier to choose POS receipt format.

Answer :

You can set a default POS receipt report at POS > Configuration Settings

For POS3

Login POS > More Function

Click Configuration Setting

Click on Design Receipt button under Receipt tab:

Select a POS receipt report then click on Set Attributes.

Check the checkbox of ‘Is default report’ then click on OK to save

Now, when your cashier click preview or reprint POS receipt, it won’t prompt a list of reports for him/her to choose. It will only show the default POS receipt.
