Pos: Sync Error – Missing Source record for member xxxxxx

Question: There is an error message ‘Missing source record for Member ‘xxxxx’. What should I do in order to solve this error?



Possible Reason:

Member has been set to one-way sync. Thus, whenever there is a new member created in outlet, it couldn’t be synchronized back to HQ.


Solution:

Go to AutoCount POS Sync, select the particular sync profile and edit the outlet terminal. Then change the member sync method from “one-way sync” to “two-way sync” and click on OK.




After that re-run speed sync again.
