Question : When I do POS Sync, system prompt error message ‘LoadModuleLicense fails. (Result = RemoteUSBKeyNotFoundError)’. Why?
Possible Reason :
IP address set at USB Key Setting (in License Control) is different from server IP address. This may happen due to server is connected to Wi-Fi internet connection and its IP address is not stable.
Use fixed server IP address.
Go to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Network and Sharing Center
Click on the Wi-Fi name.
The following screen will prompt. Click on Properties.
Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and click on Properties.
Select option Use the following IP address and you may fix your IP address here.
Make sure IP address at USB Key Setting is the same as the IP address that you fixed.
The speed sync should be synced successfully after above action is performed.
Note : Please seek assistance from your software dealer if the problem persists after performing the steps as above.
