Pos: System always prompts to choose Sales Order or Cash Sale

Question : After I login POS, why the system always prompts me to select Sales Order or Cash Sale?

Possible Reason :

You’ve enabled the deposit payment feature in AutoCount POS and have set it to always prompt you to choose between Sales Order and Cash Sale.

Solution :

You can check the setting at More Function > Configuration Setting > Under Document Control.

If you wish the system not to prompt you such message every time, you may select one of the options between “Always use Sales Order” or “Always use Cash Sales”. Alternatively, you can uncheck the “Enable Deposit Payment” to disable this feature if you don’t need it.
