Pos: Unable to key in decimal places for bonus point payment

Question: I have set the decimal point for bonus point, but why I can't key in the decimal point for point payment in POS?

Possible Reason:

The setting 'Use decimal point for redemption' is not activated.

Solution:

Go to More Function > Configuration Setting

Then, go to Bonus Point and check the checkbox 'Use decimal point for redemption'.

Log out and log in POS again. Now the bonus point can be keyed in decimal places.
