Promoter Maintenance

This function allows user to create and maintain promoter(s) as well as assigning the Commission Rate and Outlet to the promoter(s).


Steps in using Promoter Maintenance:
1. To create a new Promoter, click New.
2. Key in the related required info, and do not forget to assign Commission (Commission maintained in Promoter Commission Maintenance) and Outlet (outlets maintain in Stock Location Maintenance).
3. Click OK to save the setting.

After you have finish setting up the promoter information, do not forget to make sure that the stock items that has a promoter attached to it has been activated the 'Has Promoter' status.
To do so navigate to Stock menu and click on Stock Item Maintenance. Select a stock item and enable the 'Has Promoter' option.
