Question: I have set some of my items as “Discontinued” in item maintenance. In my Request Quotation and Purchase Order it works perfectly as I am not allowed to select these items anymore. However, for other entries like Goods Receive Note, Purchase Invoice, Cash Purchase and Purchase Return I am still able to select these items. Is this a system bug?

No, this is not a system bug. For Goods Receive Note, Purchase Invoice, Cash Purchase and Purchase Return, discontinued items are still allowable because there are possibilities in outstanding delivery or pending documents of such items.
