Purchase: Missing records at Price History tab of Purchase Invoice
Question: I did some purchases in year 2020, but in the price history tab of Purchase Invoice it shows no record?
Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0
Possible Reason :
The items were not purchased from this supplier.
Price History will show the records of the supplier and items you have selected in this Purchase Invoice.
Solution :
You can check it from Purchase invoice detail listing.
1) Go to Purchase > Purchase Invoice > Print Purchase Invoice Listing > Print Purchase Invoice Detail Listing.
2) Filter the Item 00016 and click on Inquiry.
3) The purchase record of year 2020 is from SUP A instead of SUPP B. Thus, it will show when you select supplier SUP A and item 00016 in Purchase Invoice.
