Reorder Advice Report
Reorder Advice Report
This is used to view/print reorder advice report.
Go to Stock > Reorder Advice Report
Filter Options – Filter 1
Stock Item: choose either No filter, Filter by range or Filter by multi-select. For 'Filter by multi-select', you may Press F3 to launch Item Search function.
Stock Group: choose either No filter, Filter by range or Filter by multi-select
Stock Item Type: choose either No filter, Filter by range or Filter by multi-select
Stock Location: choose either No filter, Filter by range or Filter by multi-select
By Location: to include all calculation in as one row or split by different location
Include Outstanding PO/SO/AO: to include all outstanding purchase order, sales order and assemble order to calculate available quantity.
Calculate All UOMs: Calculate all item's UOM.
Item Active Options: define whether to print only active items or include inactive items.
Filter Options – Filter 2 (If you enabled Advanced Item module)
Stock Brand: choose either No filter, Filter by range or Filter by multi-select
Stock Category: choose either No filter, Filter by range or Filter by multi-select
Stock Class: choose either No filter, Filter by range or Filter by multi-select
Report Options
Group by: choose one of the following options: None, Item Group, Item Type, Item Brand, Item Category, Item Class
Sort by: choose one of the following options: Item Code, Item Description.
Show Criteria in Report: to show selected options in report.
Inquiry: to refresh and show the result of filter options and report options.
Preview: to preview report to be printed
Print: to select printer and print report
Hide Options: to hide the Options portion so that the screen has more space for details. Click on Show Options to show it again.
Close: close the screen
Click on Preview
