Report Design: How to adjust the report footer

Question : Some of the invoices do not have many items but printed in 2 pages. How to do the report design to make it fit into only 1 page?

Version : 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Answer :

1) At report designer, right click on the panel of DetailReportGroupFooter and choose cut and then paste it at ReportFooter.

2) Remove the DetailReportGroupFooter empty space, and save to a new report name. Further fine tune or adjust the appearance if necessary.

Now it was fit into 1 page.
