Question: I did change the grand total format string to no decimal string (#,#) but it still shows up to 4 decimals. What can I do?

Version: 1.9

Answer:

1) Right click on field list 1 Main Data: Master, and click on Add Calculated Field.

2) Right click on the calculatedField1, and click on Edit Expression.

3) Set “Total Cost” as the content of the field, then click on OK.

4) Replace the “Total Cost” with the calculatedField1, then change the format string and save the report.

OR you may type format string as {0:n0}

5) Now you can see the “Total Cost” without decimal.
