Report Design: Report design sorting Document Number in Ascending Order

Question : AP Payment voucher report’s payment details were not sort by document number, how can I design the report to make it sorting in ascending order for document number?

Version : 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Answer :

For Half page report

1) Go to Report Design and select Detail3 > Sort Fields.

2) Click on Add, for Field Name choose Document No. and Sort Order make sure is Ascending.

3) Save to new report and try to preview. Now it shows sorting document number in ascending order.

For Full page report

1) Go to Report Design and select GroupHeader4 > Group Fields.

2) Adjust the 1 GroupField which group by Document No. to the top and click on OK.

3) Save to new report and try to preview.
