Sales: Item Description 2 to be shown in the drop-down list when select item in Invoice

Question: When I select the Item Code in the Invoice, can AutoCount show Item Description 2 as well?

Answer:

You can enable it in Options setting.

Step 1: Go to Tools > Options.

Step 2: In Category, navigate to Invoicing > Document Control, look for Show Item Description 2 in Item Lookup Edit and enable it. Then, click on OK.

Step 3: Logout from AutoCount and login again. Now, you will see Item Description 2 when you select an Item Code.

Note: Description 2 will only be shown in the drop-down list when you select item. If you want Item Description 2 to be shown in detail header, you may consider to go for Desc 2 Plugin.
