Answer:

When Multi Location Stock module is activated, you may see Sales/Purchase Location field at header section of Sales/Purchase documents.... and a Location column at Details section....

Sales/Purchase Location means the location that actually raised the Sales/Purchase, the value is mainly used in reports filtering purpose...

Location means the physical stock location or the location where stock item is issued/received.... this is meant for inventory reporting purpose.

Example: The Sales is made by sales agent Teh from HQ (Sales Location) but the goods are delivered from Location 1 (Stock Location). In sales analysis reports, you may filter by Sales Location to view the sales performance; and for Inventory reports (Stock Card, Stock Balance ...) you may filter by Location to see the items availability and status.
