Question: What is the function of Change Unit Price button in Cash Sale?

Answer :

This function is for user to change unit price and get approval.
This function is available in the following documents: Invoice, Cash Sale, and Cash Purchase.

When a cashier is not allowed to edit unit price, he may use this button to change the unit price and obtain approval from supervisor or manager.

1) Select the item and click on Change Unit Price button.

2) Enter the new unit price and request the person who have access right (can change unit price by popup window) to enter their user name and password here to approve for the changes. Then click on OK.

3) Now, you will see the item’s unit price is changed.
