Stock: Can I import the Item, Item UOM’s UDF (User Defined Field) contents through “import from excel”?

Question : When I import Stock Item from excel, can I import Item’s UDF and Item UOM’s UDF as well?

Yes. You may refer to the following for the header name to be used in Excel template for UDF.


Import Stock Item

Stock Item UDF : UDF_NAME
Eg : UDF_DESC3

Stock Item UOM UDF : UDF_UOM_NAME
Eg : UDF_UOM_MARGIN



Item’s UDF contents and Item UOM’s UDF contents successful import and updated.



Here are header name for import Cash Book’s UDF and Cash Book Detail’s UDF

Import G/L Cash Book

Cash Book UDF : UDF_NAME
Eg : UDF_REF

Cash Book Detail UDF : UDF_DETAIL_NAME
Eg : UDF_DETAIL_REMARK
