Stock: Default UOM for new Stock Item

Question: How do I define default UOM so that I don’t need to enter UOM during creation of new item?

Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Answer:

You can define Default UOM at Tools> Options> Stock > General Stock Costing.

Default UOM for new item will be filled in automatically.
