Stock Aging Report
Stock Aging Report
This is used to view/print stock aging report.
Go to Stock > Stock Aging Report
Filter Options - Filter 1
Date: define the date as at...
Stock Item: choose either No filter, Filter by range or Filter by multi-select. For 'Filter by multi-select', you may Press F3 to launch Item Search function.
Stock Group: choose either No filter, Filter by range or Filter by multi-select
Stock Item Type: choose either No filter, Filter by range or Filter by multi-select
Stock Location: choose either No filter, Filter by range or Filter by multi-select
By Location: to include all calculation in as one row or split by location
Show Batch: to show item batch
Include Empty Batch: to include item with empty batch no
Item Active Options: define whether to print only active items or include inactive items.
Filter Options – Filter 2
Stock Brand: choose either No filter, Filter by range or Filter by multi-select
Stock Category: choose either No filter, Filter by range or Filter by multi-select
Stock Class: choose either No filter, Filter by range or Filter by multi-select
Other Options:
UOM Options: to show report in Multi-UOM, Default Report UOM or Smallest UOM
Report Options
Group by: choose one of the following options: None, Item Group, Item Type, Item Brand, Item Category or Item Class
Sort by: choose one of the following options: Item Code, Item Description.
Show Criteria in Report: to show selected options in report.
Grid Options
Aging Months: choose either 6, 12 or 24.
Show Quantity: to show columns of quantity
Show Cost: to show columns of cost.
Inquiry: to refresh and show the result of filter options and report options.
Preview: to preview report to be printed
Print: to select printer and print report
Hide Options: to hide the Options portion so that the screen has more space for details. Click on Show Options to show it again.
Close: close the screen
Click on Preview
