Stock Movement Report
Stock Movement Report
This is used to view/print the summary of in and out movement of stock items by transaction types.
Go to Stock > Stock Movement Report
Filter Options - Level 1
Date Range: define the date range from and to.
Stock Item: choose either No filter, Filter by range or Filter by multi-select. For 'Filter by range' and 'Filter by multi-select', you may Press F3 to launch Item Search function.
Stock Group: choose either No filter, Filter by range or Filter by multi-select
Stock Item Type: choose either No filter, Filter by range or Filter by multi-select
Stock Location: choose either No filter, Filter by range or Filter by multi-select
Batch Option: choose print all batch, print empty batch, print active batch or print expired batch
Item Active Options: define whether to print only active items or include inactive items.
Filter Options - Level 2 (Only available if you enable Advanced Item Module)
Stock Brand: choose either No filter, Filter by range or Filter by multi-select
Stock Category: choose either No filter, Filter by range or Filter by multi-select
Stock Class: choose either No filter, Filter by range or Filter by multi-select
Report Options
Group by: choose one of the following options: None, Stock Group, Item Type, Item Brand, Item Category, Item Class, Location
Sort by: choose one of the following options: Item Code, Item Description.
Show Criteria in Report: to show selected options in report.
Inquiry: to refresh and show the result of filter options and report options.
Preview: to preview report to be printed
Print: to select printer and print report
Hide Options: to hide the Options portion so that the screen has more space for details. Click on Show Options to show it again.
Close: close the screen
Click on Preview
