Troubleshooting:Aging Report - The value of Total is not Shown

Question: When I inquiry the Aging Report, the value of "Total" at footer is not displayed?

Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason:

When the list of debtors you inquired consists of more than 1 currency, the total column at the footer will be hidden automatically. This is because value of different currencies can not be logically summed up.

Solution:

1. Filter your debtors to only one particular currency at one time.

2. Make use of the local currency option at “More Options”. Then you may view the total column of all debtors under in home currency.

The system will automatically convert all foreign amount into local amount so that the total added up would be in home currency.
