Troubleshooting:System did not prompt Access Denied when edit AR Receive Payment

Question: I already remove the access right to edit A/R Receive Payment for some users. Why when they click on Edit, system did not prompt “Access Denied”?

Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason:

The users still have the access right for Can Knock-Off AR Receive Payment.


However, even though the users can open the edit mode in AR Receive Payment, they are still unable to edit anything. They can only do knock off.

If you do not wish to allow them to do knock off as well, then remove the access right for can knock off.

Now, system will prompt Access Denied when they click on Edit.
