Troubleshooting:Unable to find menus of G/L, A/R, A/P

Question: My staff has access rights for G/L, A/R and A/P but when he/she login, there is no menus of G/L, A/R, A/P?

Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0


Possible Reason:

Most probably his/her Network User Type has been set to be a stock user.

For stock user – can access only stock, sales, purchase function

For account user - can access only G/L, A/R, A/P function

For full system user – can access all the above



Solution:

Go to General Maintenance > User Maintenance.

Select the user and click on Edit User, change the Network User Type from Stock only to Full User under General tab.
