Troubleshooting:Unable to send batch mail-An error occurred while attempting to establish an SSL or TLS connection

Question: When I send batch mail, an error prompted “An error occurred while attempting to establish an SSL or TLS connection.

The server’s SSL certificate could not be validated for the following reasons:
The server certificate has the following errors:
The revocation function was unable to check revocation for the certificate.

Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0


Possible Reason:

TLS is not enabled for this computer or Antivirus is blocking outbound emails.


Solution:

1) Search for Internet Options at start menu.


2) Go to Advanced tab.


3) Check to enable SSL 3.0, TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1, TLS 1.2 and TLS 1.3 (experimental).


4) Make sure that this computer does not have any connection blocking such as Antivirus (Scan outbound email), Internet Port blocking or Firewall blocking. If yes, please set exception for the port or disable the Antivirus or Firewall.


5) User should then be able to send out batch mail successfully.
