Troubleshooting: “Credit Sales” button is disabled in Cash Sales

Question: "Credit Sales" button is disabled in Cash Sales?

Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason:

Default Debtor Code is same as debtor code in cash sale.

Solution:

Empty the "Default Debtor Code" at Tools > Options > Invoicing > Cash Sales > Default Debtor Code.
