Troubleshooting: AOTG - Login AOTG took long time to load

Question : Why does it take long time to load when I login AOTG account?

Possible Reason :

The data is unable to sync to the cloud. The heartbeat for this account book in AOTG console has shown weird date (0001/01/01 12:00:00).

Solution :

You need to delete and add back this account book, then activate the account book.

1) Go to Manage Account Book, highlight the account book (that has problem), click on Delete Account Book.

2) Proceed with attach back the account book by click on Add Account Book.

Click on Get Available Servers to select, or key in the Server Name, then click on Get Available Databases to select database, or key in Database Name, and click on OK.

3) Continue with activation of the account book by highlight the account book and click on Activate AccountBook, copy and paste the activation code provided, then click on OK.

You may refer to the email from AOTG for the activation code. Should activation code cannot be found or is expired, please contact your software provider for further assistance.

Note : Please seek assistance from your software dealer if the problem still persists after performing the suggested steps.
