Troubleshooting: Access Denied when Edit user

From AutoCount Resource Center

Question: I’m Admin user but why can’t I edit user in User Maintenance? System prompted Access Denied.

Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason:

The access right Edit User is not granted.


Go to General Maintenance > User Maintenance (1.9) or General Maintenance > Access Right Maintenance (2.0), then go to AutoCount Accounting > General Maintenance > User Maintenance > Edit User. Select ADMIN and click on Apply.

Now, you should be able to edit user.
