Troubleshooting: Access Denied when preview / print at View Posting Details
Question: After I viewed posting details and wish to Preview or Print, system prompted “Access is denied”, where should I enable it?
Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0
Possible Reason :
The access right is not granted.
Solution :
Go to General Maintenance > Access Right Maintenance > AutoCount Accounting > General Ledger > View Transaction Summary , to grant the access right for the user.
View Posting Details again at the transaction, you should be able to Preview / Print now.
