Troubleshooting: Access rights to Print AP Payment is already granted but still not able to print

From AutoCount Resource Center

Question : I’ve added access rights to the user : KAY “can print AP Payment”, but she still not able to print. Why?

Version : 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason :

She try to print the AP Payment from cash book entry but she is not granted access rights to ‘Print Cash Voucher’.

Solution (1):

Request your Admin to add the access rights - Print Cash Voucher under Cash Book Entry > Cash Voucher Report.

Solution (2):

Go print it from AP > AP Payment
