Question: There is a message box prompted “You have enter a BLANK password. Do you still want to continue?” during back up. How to get rid of this message?

Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Possible reason:

You have enabled the option of password but you didn’t put any password during backup process. System will prompt you a reminder message to fill in the password.

Solution:

1. If you don’t wish to set any password, just uncheck the Password option.

2. Else, fill in your password in “Password” and “Confirm Password” column as below.

You will be able to back up without any message box prompted now.
