Troubleshooting: Bonus Point Transacting Listing Point Balance not same with total available point in Bonus Point Redemption

Question: In Bonus Point Transaction Listing, the Points Balance is 45 points. When I open Bonus Point Redemption the system shows Total Available Point = 0?

Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason :

Your collected bonus point transaction document is LATER than Bonus Point Redemption document date.

For your information, the total available point is point available up to the document date.

Solution :

Advanced redemption is not allowed.
