Troubleshooting: Can't change rounding method for invoice

Questions: I tried to change the rounding method during transaction, but the menu is disabled?

Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason:

The setting of "Allow Change Document Rounding Method" is not enabled.

Answer:

Go to Tools > Options > General > Miscellaneous. Tick the checkbox “Allow Change Document Rounding Method”.

Now, you should be able to change your rounding method.
