Troubleshooting: Can't create or move sub account under fixed asset account

Question: Why I can't create or move sub account under fixed asset account?

Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason:

By default, all the special account cannot have sub-account.

Solution:

Create one normal account and put all the special accounts under this normal account.
