Troubleshooting: Cash Sales report did not show Company Name in Chinese Character

Question: When I preview Cash Sales receipt report format, the company name in Chinese is missing?

Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason:

Cash Sales receipt report format is using the field of Company Profile (Company Name) instead of report header.

Solution (1):

Insert Chinese company name in General Maintenance > Company Profile.

Save the Cash Sales Receipt Format and preview again.

Solution (2):

Replace the field of company profile with Report Header.

1) Delete the company profile, address, phone in the report design. Right click and pull-out Report Header (Rich Text).

2) Select Rich Text.

3) Save the Cash Sales Receipt Format and preview again.
