Troubleshooting: Change Item UOM Rate does not appear in Change Code

Question : Admin user is granted access rights to change item UOM rate. But Change Item UOM Rate does not appear in Change Code menu? (Other account books do not have such issue.)

Version : 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason :

You did not enable the Basic Multi-UOM module or Advance Multi-UOM module.

Solution :

Enable one of the Multi-UOM modules at Tools > Program Control > Module Setting.

Now, the user should be able to access Change Item UOM Rate.
