Troubleshooting: Create Account Book error – Access is denied

Question: Why can’t I create a new account book?

Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason:

This is because the Windows user ID you used to login this pc doesn’t have the permission to edit or create database. This error mostly happens to those remote users that login server through remote desktop.

Solution:

Login as administrator and you should be able to create new account book without any error.
