Troubleshooting: Create or View Invoice error - Bad IL range

Question: When I create new Invoice or view existing Invoice, system prompts an error message “Bad IL Range”. This issue happens on others document too. Why?

Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason:

The Microsoft .Net framework is not working properly.


Reinstall the Microsoft .Net Framework.

1) Go to Control Panel.

2) Go to Uninstall a program.

3) Go to Turn Windows features on or off.

4) Uncheck .NET Framework 3.5 and .NET Framework 4.8, and restart computer. After restart check both .NET Framework and click on OK.

Then try to login AutoCount and you should success to create new Invoice now.

Note: Please seek assistance from your software dealer if the problem persists after performing the suggested steps.

For AutoCount 2.1 use at least .Net Framework 4.8.
For AutoCount 2.0 use at least .Net Framework 4.6.1.
For AutoCount 1.8 / 1.9 use at least .Net Framework 4.0.
