Troubleshooting: Different UserID drill down document showing different behavior

Question: At Debtor Statement, when I double click to drill down on the Credit Note using ADMIN User ID, it goes directly to Credit Note, but when I login using another USER ID – TEST, it drills down only to AR Credit Note but not the source document. Why the difference?

Possible Reason:

User ID TEST does not have the access right “Direct Drill Down to Sales Documents”, but User ID ADMIN is granted this access right, so ADMIN can directly drill down to Sales Credit Note.


Solution:

Add or remove the access right “Direct Drill Down to Sales Documents” based on your requirement.

To directly drill down to Credit Note – you need to add the above-mentioned access right for the user.

To drill down only to AR Credit Note – you need to remove the above-mentioned access right for the user.
