Troubleshooting: Email contents missing in receiver’s email?

Question: When I am using AutoCount to preview and send Invoice by email to customer, the email contents and signature I added did not show in receiver email. What should I do?

Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0


Receiver email.


Possible Reason:

Some versions of Outlook software are not compatible with AutoCount.

Or you might have switched the From email and caused the format text undetectable.


Solution:

Before sending out email, go to Format Text and change the format from HTML to Rich Text, and then change back to HTML.


Change from HTML to Rich Text


Change back to HTML and click on Send to send the email.


Now email contents and signature are shown in receiver email.
