Troubleshooting: Error - Column 'Loc-1Qty' does not belong to table StockBalByLocation

Question : When I enquiry Stock Balance by Location report, error message prompted: “Column 'Loc-1Qty' does not belong to table StockBalByLocation”. It happens only when I filtered the location PJ. Why?

Version : 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason :

It could be when importing stock item opening, the location code was accidently inserted with space.

Solution (1) :

Go to Stock > More Stock Maintenance > Item Opening Balance Maintenance, filter with location PJ, and reselect the correct location for all items and click on Save.

OR

Solution (2) :

If there was too many items, go to Tools > Change Code > Change Location

Change the location to PJNEW

After changed, change it back to PJ

Now you should be able to inquiry the Stock Balance by Location report when filtered only location PJ.
