Question: When create any new transaction in AutoCount, system will prompt ‘ Object reference not set to an instance of an object’. Why?
Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0
Possible reason:
AutoCount does not support tablet mode, you must login windows using desktop mode.
Solution:
1. Click on Search icon and key in Tablet mode, click on Table Mode settings.
2. Change to ‘use desktop mode’ under When I Sign In and re-login Windows.
You should now be able to create a new transaction.
