Troubleshooting: Error message prompted ‘Access is denied’ when click on sent by email

From AutoCount Resource Center

Question: When I preview Invoice, and click on sent by email, it prompts me an error: ‘Access Denied’. (Note: If you want to access this function, please contact your AutoCount System Administrator.)

Possible Reason:

You have not been granted access rights to export Invoice as PDF file to your mail program.


Solution:

Go to General Maintenance > User Maintenance > Access Rights > Systems > Invoicing > Sales > Invoice > Invoice Report > Export Invoice; grant the access rights for the particular user group or user.

The Invoice can now be successfully exported to mail program and you may proceed to send the invoice to your customer.
