Troubleshooting: Error when inquiry GST instant info - The process cannot access the file

Question : When I try to go into GST Instant Info, the result is not shown and there was an error - The process cannot access the file.

Possible Reason :

This process is blocked by antivirus such as ByteFence Anti-Malware.


Solution :

Uninstall the ByteFence Anti-Malware. If you insist to use this Anti-Malware, please set exception for AutoCount Accounting software.

Remarks : This issue may also happen after upgraded versions. The same solution applies.

Note : Please seek assistance from your software dealer if the problem still persists after performing the steps as above.
