Troubleshooting: Error while saving exsiting transaction ‘This record was modified by Admin at xx-xxx-xx.’

Question: When I try to save an existing invoice after editing, there is an error prompted ‘This record was modified by admin… ’ and I cant save my invoice. What should I do?

Version: 1.8 / 1.9


Possible Reason:

This is due to another user have edited this invoice and saved while you are still in editing mode. System will block from saving any changes made for the invoice.


Solution:

Cancel any changes made for the invoice, relogin the autocount and edit the invoice again.
