Question: When I preview report and select to export to PDF, system prompted error “Specified argument was out of the range of valid values. Parameter name: MinimumSize”. Why?

Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason:

Resolution of display issue. You may have set it too high for the scale.

Solution:

1) Go to search and open Change the resolution of the display.

2) Change the Scale to 100% or 125% (Recommended), for Display resolution, choose a recommended resolution.

3) Relogin AutoCount, now try again to preview and export the report to PDF and it shall work.
