Troubleshooting: Find Sales Order - Search by Debtor Name but no result displayed

Question : I’m using “Find Sales Order” to search all the Sales Order under Debtor AHMAD ALI, I’ve typed AHMAD ALI as keyword and checked Debtor Name as search criteria. But why there is no result being displayed?

Version : 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason :

You’ve checked the “Show Only Outstanding” in Search Criteria. When this is checked, the result will show only outstanding Sales Order. If all sales orders of AHMAD ALI were fully transferred, there will be nothing to display.

Solution :

Uncheck the “Show Only Outstanding” and click on Search, now all the Sales Order under AHMAD ALI is showed.
