Question: When I import Member from Excel, error message prompted “The value of column AccNo in table Member does not exist in its master file”. Why?

Version: 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason:

This is a known bug which only happen when the Excel template does not have value in DebtorCode.

Solution:

You may input the DebtorCode to link with this Member and import again.

If there is no debtor to link, a temporary solution is lick on the button “Switch to Old Version” on the top.

Copy from Excel and Paste from Clipboard to import again.
