Troubleshooting: Import Stock Item Error- Tariff Code does not exist

Question : When import stock item from Excel, error message prompted ‘Tariff Code does not exist’. Why?

Version : 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason :

You haven’t maintain the Tariff Code in the Tariff Maintenance.

Solution :

1) Go to Tax > Tariff Maintenance

2) Click on New, key in the tariff code and description, then click on OK.

3) Go import again and import will be completed successfully.
