Question: When I install AutoCount, an error message prompted “The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with the package. The error code is 2932.”

Possible Reason:

Antivirus program blocks AutoCount installation process.

Solution:

Turn off Antivirus and run the AutoCount installer again.
