Troubleshooting: Invoice details not appeared in transfer document screen of Credit Note

Question : Why is Invoice details not appeared in transfer document screen (Full Document Transfer & Partial Item Transfer) of Credit Note? This invoice does not have transfer details.

Version : 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0






Possible Reason :

The invoice is not enabled for “Can Transfer”.


Solution :

In order to transfer the invoice to credit note, the option of “Can Transfer?” must be enabled.


1) Edit on the invoice I-000006.


2) Check the checkbox of “Can Transfer?” and click on Save.

Make sure that the details “Can Transfer?” is enabled too.


3) Now the invoice I-000006 will appear in the transfer document screen in Credit Note.
