Troubleshooting: Item not shown in Stock Card Report

Question : Why is the item ‘001’ not shown in stock card report ? Although I’ve enabled Include Zero Balance and Include No Transaction Items(s), the item is still not appeared in stock card and stock balance report.

Version : 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason :

The item is not a stock control item.

Solution :

Only stock control item will be shown in stock reports.

To change the item to stock control item, go to Stock > Stock Item Maintenance, edit on the item ‘001’, check the checkbox of ‘Stock Control’, then click on OK.

Inquiry again Stock Card Report, now the item ‘001’ is shown in the report.

Same as stock balance report.
